- You will be issued a reference number,
please enter this number on the booking form and also on the back of
your enclosed payment.
- Complete the booking form with all the necessary
details, alternatively print this version and post it along with
your deposit.
- Send payment of £50 for your deposit made payable

- Once your payment has been received confirmation
will be sent to you and the full balance will be due six weeks
before your Butlins holiday. The price includes the passes for Butlins
Facilities, key & passes details will be sent to you once the full
balance has been paid.
